What is the house happening for home buyers and sellers today?
Every economic downturn in history has caused people to be staying at home, and for whatever reason, this economic downturn has been different. It’s actually pushed people to move now. There’s a variety of different reasons why that is, but people are moving,g so let me share with you a few of the reasons that will help you understand what is happening in the real estate market today. That is making it so robust during this pandemic. Interest rates are at historic lows. I have seen fluctuations all the way under 3%. It is amazing. We are seen builder confidence continues to go up because the home price is continuously going up; we find that pricing has not been adjusted yet.
Mortgage applications have gone way up. More people are looking to apply for a mortgage because again those interest rates are so great. We see online searches continue to skyrocket. Fewer people are driving around neighborhoods, going to open houses, and more of them are looking online. One of the biggest reasons, though, is that most homeowners or renters have never been more familiar with the inadequacies of the space they live in right now, causing them to want to move even more. These are some of the reasons that the market is doing so well, and people are moving, so this may cause you to have various questions.
Suppose you’re interested in what is happening in your neighborhood where our home prices and areas you liked would help. I’ve included a link to schedule a 15-minute community conversation with me. There’s no pressure. There is no selling, just a conversation to talk a little shop about real estate and what is happening and how I may be able to point you in the right direction on any questions that you may have now if you are looking to buy or sell, I have got a great checklist for you of things to consider in today’s environment, and I’d love to send you a free copy my only request is that at any point if you decide that you are looking to buy or sell that you allow me to interview for the job until then as I mentioned this is Erik Brown your local real estate agent here in Leicester Los Angeles signing off excited to be able to speak with you soon So this may cause you to have a verity of questions.
