  • Beverly Hills

Median Home Price: $3.7 million

Probably one of the most well-known places in the world, Beverly Hills is a luxurious neighborhood in Los Angeles. This neighborhood is the epitome of fame, glamor, and Hollywood. Beverly Hills is home to around 35,000 people, which makes it a tight-knit, affluent community.

This neighborhood is divided into two sections by Santa Monica Boulevard. Its residents refer to these sections as North of the tracks (the city of Beverly Hills and parts of Los Angeles located north of Santa Monica Boulevard up to Mulholland Drive) and south of the tracks (downtown Beverly Hills and nearby residential areas south of Santa Monica Boulevard).

This beautiful area has four distinct neighborhoods – Beverly Gardens Park, Beverly Hills Gateway, Trousdale Estates, and Beverly Hills Post Office areas. These neighborhoods offer a mix of luxury homes. You will be able to find many beautiful mid-century and modern luxury homes.

Apart from having some of the most magnificent, glamorous homes, Beverly Hills has other unique features. You will not find any visible power lines and telephone lines in this area as they are buried underground. Furthermore, there will be no distractions from the beautiful sunsets and views because Beverly Hills does not have any billboards.

I can say for sure, that every time we watch a famous soap set in Beverly Hills, we imagine living in a place like this. Although the home values in the area have risen over the past year, I can assure you this is the perfect time to make an investment in Beverly Hills real estate. If you are interested in buying property in Beverly Hills, you should contact the best Beverly Hills estate agent.

  • Brentwood

Median Home Price: $2 million

Towards Los Angeles’ west side, you will find the noticeable, luxurious neighborhood of Brentwood. It is known to be one of the most popular choices of new residents because of its affluent but low-profile community.

Brentwood has many trendy restaurants and elite boutiques along with large, secluded houses in the Santa Monica Mountains. While the residents of Brentwood are wealthy, they choose to maintain a low profile with polished, well-maintained parks and streets. Brentwood residents are especially fond of nature, as you will come across many runners around the area.

Brentwood has single-family homes with large and modern manicured lawns, which gives its real estate a minimalistic but chic overall appearance. However, you can find numerous mansions and luxury estates in this popular neighborhood.

This district is close to the beach, making your beach Sundays more fun! It is the perfect neighborhood for families that are social and want to live in a lively community. With the tree-lined sidewalks, high-caliber restaurants, Santa Monica Mountains, and much more – the prices of Brentwood homes can be pretty high because of their countless perks.

  • Downtown Los Angeles

Median Home Price: $597,000

Who has not heard of Downtown Los Angeles? A business center by day, and bustling nightlife by night, Downtown Los Angeles is always awake. This neighborhood attracts quite a lot of attention because of its numerous flashy attractions and cultural sights. Today, Downtown is considered one of Los Angeles’ fastest-growing neighborhoods.

The Ace Hotel and Broad Museum have made the neighborhood a hip destination for locals and tourists. Downtown Los Angeles has a blend of industrial sprawl, historical landmarks, tourist destinations, high-end boutiques, and upscale restaurants, which make it an excellent place to live for work and fun.

The streets are full of rooftop bars and renowned restaurants such as Baco Merat and Bestia that attract thousands of people. Residents from different parts of the city come together at night to eat, drink, dance, and enjoy Downtown’s bustling nightlife. Although it has developed a lot in the past few years, the luxurious neighborhood still has a sense of historicism with its various landmarks such as the Art Deco Union Station, Bradbury Building, and famous French restaurant Philippe the Original.

Downtown Luxurious Neighborhoods in Los Angeles mainly feature luxurious urban lifts, apartments, and condo complexes. In recent years, many new luxury apartment buildings have been built in an affluent neighborhood. It is a perfect place to live for people who like to walk to work and want to live a laid-back life.

People looking to invest in real estate in Downtown Los Angeles can find property for as low as $600,000, but they can go as high as $7 million for luxury penthouses.

  • Trousdale Estates

Median Home Price: $8.5 million

One of the many sought-after places in the city, Trousdale Estates is a beautiful luxurious neighborhood of Los Angeles. Many historically sensitive “design-build” architecture firms such as Marmol Radziner restore and renovate homes in this neighborhood. The homes are transformed into luxurious real estates with high-end art and design.

The homes in Trousdale Estates offer stunning jetliner views from Downtown Los Angeles to the Pacific Ocean. Because of how close it is to Beverly Hills and West Hollywood, residents get easy and quick access to the trendiest shopping outlets to the most high-end restaurants. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxed, and luxurious neighborhood with access to Beverly Hills and decent school services, this is the perfect place for you!

Trousdale Estates is known for its mid-century modern homes that tend to attract many famous personalities such as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Groucho Marc. It is definitely the neighborhood you want to live in if you want to live the same luxurious lifestyle as Hollywood stars.

This luxurious neighborhood has magnificent landscapes, and gated properties that are protected by private security, which means you and your family are safe and secure! If you are looking to buy a property there, contact me now.

  • Bel Air

Median Home Price: $1.8 million

Bel Air is an affluent neighborhood of Los Angeles located North of Beverly Hills, East of Holmby Hills with UCLA to the South on Sunset Boulevard. It is settled along the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains. Towards the north, there is the San Fernando Valley, where you can find lofty neighborhoods such as Mulholland Estates.

This neighborhood has local services provided by The City of Los Angeles, such as the Los Angeles Fire Department 71 and Los Angeles Police Departments. Bel Air has many private security resources, which makes it a real estate that has optimum privacy. Because of its privacy, the luxurious neighborhood has been set in many famous television and movie productions such as Will Smith’s Prince of Bel-Air.

Bel Air real estate has numerous large, gated properties and is home to famous personalities such as Tesla’s founder Elon Musk and President Ronald Reagan. There are still many vintage ranch-style homes. However, Bel Air homes have immensely upgraded as they give residents clear views of the Los Angeles basin, airplanes coming to and from LAX, and beautiful views of the Catalina Islands off the Pacific Ocean coast. The plots in this neighborhood are massive, as you can find sprawling lawns, backyard pools, terraced gardens, and tennis courts very commonly.

Homes in Bel Air are perfect for couples and bachelors that prioritize privacy and luxury. Real Estate in this luxurious neighborhood is in high demand. Although the median home prices currently are at $1.8 million, which is a decrease of 18.2% if we compare the prices from 2015, which were at $2.2 million. Hence, I believe it is the perfect time for you to invest in luxurious Bel Air real estate.

If you are wondering about the residents of this neighborhood, married couples make up 87% of the population in Bel Air. Most of the residents are professionals, college graduates, and homeowners rather than renters. They are typically between the ages of 50 and 59. As I mentioned before, if you are looking for privacy, peace, and quiet, this neighborhood is perfect for you and your family. Do you know the best part? It is extremely easy to access city amenities which are a short drive away.

Sand Section is an upscale beach community in LA Country’s South Bay. It is one of the most popular beach towns, and the residents of Manhattan Beach regularly visit this luxurious neighborhood.

This neighborhood has many homes for sale, which include single-family homes, townhomes, and even lofts. However, you can find the most luxurious and expensive homes at Sand Section along the beachfront. Moreover, this beach is also in close proximity to Redondo Beach and Hermosa Beach. And, although the median home prices in Sand Section are around $3.3 million, you can find gorgeous real estate worth $25 million here as well.

To Sum It Up

Homes are considered to be luxury solely based on their location. The Los Angeles area is massive and urban and definitely has some of the most exclusive municipalities in California. These luxurious neighborhoods have homes that include large parcels, privacy, and lush surroundings.
