Main Street is the dividing line between east and west in Beverly Hills, with houses on the Westside beginning at or around 1/8 Mile North of Wilshire Boulevard, while houses on the Eastside start at roughly the same distance south of Wilshire. The street numbers on the west side start at 100 and increase, while the numbers on the east side begin at 400 and go up.
The actual numbering begins at one every block, so an address like 730 S Beverly Drive refers to the intersection of Beverly Dr and 7th St (730 indicates that it’s between 7th St and 8th St). An address like 902 S Beverly Drive refers to the intersection of 9th St and South Beverly Dr.
