2. BENEDICT CANYON
Benedict Canyon is located in Beverly Hills, California USA. This area first became to be known as Benedict Canyon when the first road was built through it by Ambrose Benedict. The current name of the canyon was given to it by another developer who saw that there were many other canyons in the region with “canyon” names but this one was the only canyon to have a saint’s name (Benedict).
Today, there are still some undeveloped sections of land around Benedict Canyon that do not consist of homes or businesses. These areas include parkland and hiking trails which means that all residents must share their neighborhood with these outdoor activities; however, most people enjoy living here because they appreciate having easy access to all parts of LA without having to deal with the noise and pollution.
Though there is plenty of space in Benedict Canyon, this area is ideal for people looking for single-family homes because the majority of houses in this neighborhood are on average around $1 million. However, most houses still have large lots so that residents can enjoy a bit more privacy. The biggest benefit to living in Benedict Canyon is its distance from everything else which means that residents get the luxury of enjoying their homes without worrying about what’s happening on the streets outside.
Benedict Canyon, located near Beverly Hills and Bel Air, has some of the most prestigious homes in LA that are located on lots with spectacular views of the Santa Monica Mountains. Also, there are plenty of green spaces throughout the area that allows residents to enjoy their surroundings while living in luxury.
Benedict Canyon has beautiful roads for its residents to drive around on and though the traffic might be an inconvenience for some it’s nothing compared to what people experience when they live in other LA areas like Hollywood or Downtown LA. Also, the homes are very large here so you have plenty of space to live comfortably.
