Finding the Lender That best Fits You | Erik Brown

Beverly Hills Home Buyers Tips

I say to share with you tips and trends and ideas that will help you be most successful if you ever look to buy sell or invest in a home.

Today I wanted to talk to you about finding a lender and if an agent can actually help you

find a lender that is going to be the best fit for you and I have several ideas that I think will be very helpful as you're looking at potentially finding financial options when you're looking to buy or refinance the short answer is yes I think that an agent can help you find a lender that will be able to match your needs for several reasons.

Number One an agent generally has some preferred relationships we've been in the industry for a while and so we've seen a variety of different loan products service platforms and just great ways that lenders will work with their clients to make them most successful and so agents will often try and either partner or connect with other people that they know will serve as their clients in the way that they would want to so that is item number one.

The number Two or question number two that I get often is should I look at going with a larger institutional financer or lender or should I look at more of a local mortgage broker and both have their pros and cons a localized lender will have a variety of programs as a broker they might be able to use the financial options of many different lenders where the larger institutional lender will just use their programs now their programs might be great and generally all-encompassing but at night met it might not fit the exact niche that you are looking for and so you'll want to weigh out which option seems to be best for you.

Last but not least you're going to want to look at programs and a real estate agent is going to be familiar with the programs that will not match certain housing styles or certain buyer profiles best and so they've seen different loan programs that will be most successful in being able to connect you with the right person that will have those programs you might have many different questions about the lending process and I'd love to refer you to many individuals.

I know that could help you with those questions so please feel free to touch base at any of my contact information below and as always if you're ever looking to find out what your home is
