How to ensure a successful luxury property sale

Updated: 4 days ago

I share with you some of the best tips and trends to be able to buy, sell or invest in a Beverly Hills luxury home. I wanted to share with you today some of the best ways to be able to ensure that you can sell your Beverly Hills luxury home if I as I have shared in previous videos, you'll be able to see that a luxury property frequently is like a snowflake it is one in a million. It's tough to have that property appraised or evaluated compared to another property of similar value. They might have such distinct unique, and attractive features that it seems like they could be one of a kind.

How do you sell Beverly Hills luxury home that is one of a kind? How do you find a buyer that will be a match for that given property? And I always like to break that down to, in essence, the three P's, and I have described these before, but if you picture a three-legged stool with each leg being one of the peas as long as each leg of a chair is sturdy and not cracked. Of equal width and length, it will stand on its own accord now if one of those legs is a little bit weaker, it won't the stool falls over. The property doesn't sell those three peas that we're going to focus on our price product. Promotion, so let's start with factoring what you're going to do on a promotional level for marketing for a luxury property specifically. Yes, of course, you can use the MLS and have a sign in the yard. Still, frequently you're looking for a buyer that likes.

The Beverly Hills luxury home might be a needle in a haystack, so how do you work that differently? I'll throw it a quick for several examples, but events become much more extensive working with the property. You want to showcase that property and the features that it has, so if it has a vineyard, you might showcase a wine tasting if it has a multi-car garage partner with a luxury auto dealer if that property has a safe room, you might look at bringing in local companies that provide security services and bringing in all of their clientele as well because they might be a match the next concept that we will use is direct targeting so if we know in our previous examples that a Beverly Hills luxury home is luxurious and let's say it is oceanfront or has its private dock, or it has a helicopter pad these might be areas with which we can target audiences.
