I share with you some of the best tips and trends to be able to buy, sell or invest in a Beverly Hills luxury home. You want to showcase that property and the features that it has, so if it has a vineyard, you might showcase a wine tasting if it has a multi-car garage partner with a luxury auto dealer if that property has a safe room, you might look at bringing in local companies that provide security services and bringing in all of their clientele as well because they might be a match the next concept that we will use is direct targeting so if we know in our previous examples that a Beverly Hills luxury home is luxurious and let's say it is oceanfront or has its private dock, or it has a helicopter pad these might be areas with which we can target audiences.
