I've got a couple of great tips for you if you're thinking about buying or selling a home. By far, the most important factor when thinking about selecting a realtor to buy in the Beverly Hills and Los Angeles-area.


The feedback that realtor has received from previous clients; this is one of the reasons that I love Google reviews a because you can verify who actually left their review and see that they're a viable person and B they can leave both positive or negative feedback, so it's a very viable source I generally wouldn't look at someone's website or the testimonials that they may give for those exact reasons anyone could write the testimonial and no one ever sends anything negative, so it's not as independent as, say, Google would be there are other sites available like Zillow or Trulia, but a lot of times those services are paid, so it's tough to see if the rating system stacks out so as a default if you're thinking about actually tracking how good a realtor is. If they have a bunch of five-star reviews, Google reviews are a fantastic way to find that information that's tip number one.


I love to be able to find an agent that is embedded within a community and really knows the ins and outs, the nuances, and the uniqueness of a given area often, that means that they will live and work in that area so as an example with Beverly Hills Bel Air and Holmby Hills the Platinum triangle someone that really knows that community and neighborhoods are going to have a leg up on all of the ins and outs of making you extremely successful when you're thinking about buying or selling?
