be very fast, and lots of pressure and buyers oftentimes will feel that pinch

of having to move extremely quickly when sellers are getting multiple items of

interest in potentially multiple offers.


So as a buyer, what do you do well?


It's always important to get a feel for not just a home but the neighborhood and

different times to go to visit the home itself so are you going to the home when

it is the morning are you going in the evening see the difference between light

exposure once the neighborhood like on weekends versus weekdays what does the

neighborhood and the home-like when you attend at different times over the
