I remember when I first got into real estate representing clientele. It was the very beginning of the recession. It was a fantastic time to start a career and, to be honest. It was difficult for me in the beginning. I worked very hard, very diligently but still felt like I was having to roll up my sleeves and not really getting any traction, but I learned a lot of lessons from that time, and I want to share a few of those lessons with you on how you can jump-start your career.
The biggest thing number one that agents need to do and spend the bulk of their time on is prospecting. Find two or three buckets of business that are going to work very well for you they may be open houses door knocking internet leads joining a real estate team to be able to get some business or working the people that you know family members friends and your sphere of influence to be able to start to get prospects and clientele. If you think of real estate as a business, it will greatly enhance your immediate success chances.

2. Your Pipeline
Point number two, your pipeline, your assembly line, basically think of real estate as a funnel. The best way to work is to go from prospects and lead to appointments to meetings to convert to clients to closings and then referrals. Then you wash, rinse, repeat that entire cycle, and as long as you keep doing that like a business, you can be very successful at growing your business very quickly.
3. Work in Your Business And On It
Last but not least, you always want to make sure that you’re not only working in your business but also on it, which means you want to spend time educating yourself on the latest trends and tips and safety tips and other pieces of information that are helpful for you to not only grow as an agent but grow as an individual all those tools will be able to make you more successful.
