Real Estate Professionals Have An Ethics Commitment

I share some of the best tips and ideas into all things real estate. Today I wanted to be able to talk to you a little bit about the idea of commodity and what is a commodity and how does it work with buying or selling a home and why does it matter at all.

What I oftentimes am told by other people is that there’s dozens and dozens if not hundreds and hundreds if not thousands and thousands of real estate agents that are out there and what makes one different from the other well first and foremost but the biggest thing is going to be revolving around real estate professional ethics so I tell people often that if you think of a professional in any fashion the ones that are best for you will fall along the lines of having something similar to attorney-client privilege so think of anything that you would tell an attorney they’re going to keep to themselves and not share with the rest of the court or the rest of the plaintiffs or defendants or the people.

That is opposite you so it’s very similar in real estate. Real estate professionals agents have an ethical responsibility and there’s a difference between a real estate agent and a real tour a real estate agent just has their license a real tour is someone who is a member of their local and national association and has agreed to follow certain ethics that sound a lot like the Boy Scouts motto, to be honest.

When you’re looking for a real estate professional to be able to assist you in any home go that you have you want to make sure that they follow these ethics and they are loyal obedience confidentiality reasonable care and accounting.

So these things if you think of each one of those terms an agent has those responsibilities to do for you directly and so we can get into really deep detail but if you think about loyalty obedience confidentiality all of these kind of are commonsensical and also not to forget but disclosure so each of these steps and each has that responsibility to do for you let’s jump through those really briefly.

Obedience basically thinks of your real estate professionals agent as your employee if you tell them you want to make an offer on a property they’re going to help you make an offer if you tell them that you want to cancel an offer they’re going to help you cancel an offering disclosure if they find a material fact about a property they’re going to disclose it to you and to make sure that you are making wise decisions a fiduciary responsibility that is where an agent will tell you anything that revolves around monetization of a property of an offer of the market place of the comparable homes that are in the area etc.

The loyalty they’re going to look out this agent for your best interests before anyone else that is in the marketplace reasonable care they’re going to look out for you so in a reasonable fashion. If you ask them to murder someone an agent probably isn’t going to murder someone for you at least good agents are not going to so the ethical responsibilities that an agent have are what makes them special or different or the type of professional that you would want to work with a lot of these tips.

I’ve created in my book ” One in A Million ” which is filled with some of the best tips and ideas in all things real estate specifically though to guide you towards everything that you need to know to help you find the best real estate agent if at any point you have additional questions or ideas that you want to bounce off of course you can always touch base with my team or myself any time at your convenience and as always I love to share some extra resources with you so if you look at the links below if you ever want to find out what your home or neighborhood is worth or you’d like to be able to start searching for homes that are in the market place please feel free to Visit us…

I’m impressed, I need to say. Actually rarely do I encounter a weblog that’s both educative and entertaining, and let me tell you, you might have hit the nail on the head. Your idea is excellent; the problem is something that not sufficient persons are speaking intelligently about. I am very joyful that I stumbled throughout this in my seek for something regarding this.
