Several Things To Help Buyers
What is the best way that I’m able to win the home without having to overpay I found that there are several things that are going to help buyers so
speed if you’re looking at properties that have just come on the market you’re going to want to get in and make decisions and make an offer quickly no pressure but other buyers are going to be looking at that property as well so if you can be the first one in and connect with that seller you have got an advantage
that you have as part of the offer, of course, price is by far the largest but you also are going to look at contingencies inspection the way that you do your financing if you do an appraisal what type of terms that you give across the board is going to make the offer more or less attractive to the seller
How Do You Personalize
Do you make a connection with the seller more and more of my clients are writing letters including photos discussing how the home is going to be advantageous for them and their family and how they’re going to be good stewards of the property these are great examples of things that are going to be able to make a seller remember your offer and have it not just be an offer but your actual people that have submitted?
