As always, I love to share great information with you about the marketplace, and today we’re going to talk about why visit a home more than once in certain markets can be very fast, and lots of pressure and buyers oftentimes will feel that pinch of having to move extremely quickly when sellers are getting multiple items of interest in potentially multiple offers.
So as a buyer, what do you do well?
It’s always important to get a feel for not just a home but the neighborhood and different times to go to visit the home itself so are you going to the home when it is the morning are you going in the evening to see the difference between light exposure once the neighborhood like on weekends versus weekdays what does the neighborhood and the home-like when you attend at different times.
Over the course of a week, how are traffic patterns all of these things can be really important in your home decision, and those are things that you can write in and use during various predicaments while you’re making an offer, so you don’t necessarily need to lose a home by not writing an offer and having someone else write on it.
